What if someone copied the link URL address of one of these traps (let's call a spade a spade), then put it in an e-mail with a description like "Take a look a these really cool videos and pictures" and sends it to me; then I click on it?

Do you think the prosecutor will stop for a tenth of millisecond to try to figure out the chain of events was that led me I clicking the link?

How would I go about proving I did nothing wrong other than trusting someone who sent me an innocent-looking link?
