DoS attacks are illegal - covered under at least two different federal statutes. A company that has been documented performing them at least twice now and advertises that they will use DoS attacks to "interdict" file sharing should not be allowed to do business. If a company provided money-laundering services and advertised as doing such they'd be shut down quick - why hasn't that happened to this company ?
