Intent is a double-edged sword. This case lacks substance and will fall through, despite the dire, unfortunate, consequences for the teen. If the teen was *that* unstable and *that* depressed, so that a mere "fictional internet person" succeeded in "seduction" over the web in a blazing 2week campaign of "internet love" - then the parents have bigger problems than to try and point a finger at someone, they needed to properly take care of their child instead of blame others for their own lack of guardianship.
