Legal experts wary of MySpace hacking charges

This is yet another case of the man with the hammer, identifying every object within range, as a nail. I wonder if the named prosecutor is planning to run for office, soon. This smells too much like propelling name recognition in the media rather than seeking justice or enforcing the law.

Sad about the girl who killed herself. However, it is frightening to see that the Federal Government is resorting to manipulating a case that could not be won due to improbable cause (homicide?), using an alleged violation of a third-party EULA. George Orwell is probably screaming in his grave.
